JAKARTA, Oct. 4 (Xinhua) -- Indonesian badminton association aims to defend two titles during the forthcoming WBF world's junior badminton championship later this year in Canada, manager of the team disclosed here on Thursday.

The tournament for the young shuttler is scheduled to be played from November 5 to 18 at Markham Pan Am Venue of Ontario, according to the association.

Indonesian young shuttler secured two gold medals in the last world's junior badminton championship, said Susy Susanti, manager of Indonesian team.

"We will strive to defend two titles that we got last year," she said.

Indonesian badminton association has decided to send a total of 23 junior athletes to the upcoming tournament, according to the manager.
