BUENOS AIRES, Oct. 17 (Xinhua) -- Denmark and Kazakhstan shared the spoils on the final day of the Youth Olympics cycling competition here on Wednesday.

Danish pair Sofie Heby Pedersen and Mie Saabye edged out Austria's Laura Stigger and Hannah Streicher to win gold in the women's combined event before Kazakhstan's Gleb Brussenskiy and Yevgeniy Fedorov finished ahead of Luxembourg's Nicolas Kess and Arthur Kluckers in the men's combined competition.

Hungary's Virag Buzsaki and Blanka Vas took bronze in the women's race while Great Britain's Harry Birchill and Sean Flynn were third among the men.
